1) ENTRY. You will be automatically entered in this sweepstakes contest when you enter a two year subscription to Ski Canada magazine received by 31 January 2008 (the contest closing date), or order a subscription online at www.skicanadamag.com/ultimate or by phone at 1-800-263-5295 on or before that date. You may enter once without purchase, at Ultimate's website at Ultimate Ski Vacations

The Win a trip to Tremblant contest is open to residents of Ontario only.

2) PRIZE. There will be one Grand Prize awarded, consisting of TWO 3-day lift tickets and 4 nights' accommodation at Tremblant ski resort double occupancy), plus air travel from Toronto. The trip and accommodation must be used by 15 April 2008. Some travel blackout periods may apply. The Prize Winner and guest are solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein including, without limitation, ground transportation to and from originating airport, meals, beverages and incidentals at Tremblant, room service, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, insurance, together with any travel documentation, and all personal expenses of any kind or nature. It is recommended that the Prize Winner and his/her travelling companion obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure. The prize must be accepted as awarded, may not be transferred or sold, and has no cash value.

3) DRAW. On or about 8 February 2008, a random selection will be made from among all eligible entries received. The selected entrant will be notified by phone or e-mail within 72 hours of the draw. In the event that a selected entrant does not comply with these Contest Rules, or cannot be contacted within 72 hours of the draw, an alternate entrant will be selected from the remaining entries. In order to win, the selected entrant will be required to first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, arithmetical, skill-testing question posed during a pre-arranged telephone interview. The prize winner and traveling companion (who must be 18 years of age or older) must sign and return within 7 days of receipt the Waiver/Release of liability. Participation in the contest constitutes permission to the Contest Sponsors (Ultimate Ski Vacations Inc. and Solstice Publishing Inc.) and their agencies to use the name, photograph and/or likeness of the winner (and his/her guest) for purposes of promotion, advertising, and trade without further compensation. In the event that the potential winner does not correctly answer the mathematical skill testing question within the time limit, does not sign and return the release form within 7 days of receipt, or his/her traveling companion does not sign and return the release form within 7 days of receipt, the Contest Sponsors shall have the right to disqualify that potential winner and to draw an alternate potential winner from all remaining eligible entries received and the Contest Sponsors shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard. By entering, contestants agree to abide by the contest rules, which are final. The odds of being selected will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

4) TO BE ELIGIBLE. a person must be a resident of Canada, except the province of Quebec, who has reached the age of majority, and who is not an employee of, a member of the immediate family of, or domiciled with an employee of the Contest Sponsors or their agencies or suppliers. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
